Processing Time​

All orders are handmade and customized. Processing times may vary based on product type and order volume. We ensure that all orders will be fulfilled and delivered as promptly as possible while maintaining the quality and care of each item.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Items are available for shipping or local porch pickup in Flowood, Mississippi.

Each order that is shipped requires a $5 shipping fee. You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped or is available for pickup.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once a package is shipped, transit delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. B creative is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and we cannot reroute packages once shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please send an email to blair@bcreative.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so that we can review the issue.

If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to assist in filing a claim with USPS, but B creative is not responsible for carrier errors.
